HOTEL LiVEMAX Hakataekimae

- excellent location (6min walk to Hakata station, 15min to Tenjin). We walked everywhere, and when we had to use the public transport or train system, it was very well connected. - clean - good sized mini fridge if you want to buy food, water and snacks from the convenience store

The location is very good, close to Hakata station. I can get to places I want to visit in Hakata and Tenjin in quick time. Room is spacious, clean and equipped. Staff are nice and helpful. Bread, Espresso & Hakata && and Hakata seafood Uoden are both within 3min walk for mentaiko lover. Looking forward to next time stay.

Good location. Five minutes walk from JR Hakata, same distance to Canal City. Rooms are apartment(ish) with fridge, cooker and washing machine. A good size too.

Surprisingly smart inside and a bigger room than an APA brand hotel which I had just moved from. The room was quiet even though it was next to the lift.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
